The task for the planners was to create a clear, puristic fusion between the architecture of the modern age and the historical old building environment. The design of the floor plan by the commissioned office LAUX ARCHITEKTEN also took place at the highest level. Thus, two independent apartments and a townhouse were created on up to three different levels in beautifully landscaped grounds.
